At least the Preston game and the recent defeat by Huddersfield will have brought Big Sam back down to earth after his honourary doctorate award at Bolton Uni.
A few seasons ago Mark Hughes would have bollocked Rovers players for showing off against Preston.

Hayes is to good for rovers. rovers need at least two new strikers and maybe a new back four. If a 19yr old kid called Danny Mayor can have it so easy goodness knows what the likes of Lennon will do to you. As for targets PNE need a pacy striker and a lb apart from that things look good down at Deepdale.

Well, Blackburn`s Jason Roberts and Nikola kalinic were injured for last nights game against Preston so Junior Hoilett had to play the lone striker which didn`t work. So Sam Allardyce is now desperate to bring in a new striker unfotunately they`re like hens` teeth at the moment. All the decent strikers are already in the Premier League.
He might have to put in a bid for Paul Hayes who scored twice against them for Preston ha ha….

As the new season draws nearer and nearer who do you want your club to sign as they bid for glory in the coming campaign?
Are you pleased with the business that they have done so far?
