IT HAS TO BE SIX A-SIDE FOR ME AS YOU CAN PLAY OVER HEAD HEIGHT AND HAVE BIGGER NETS/ 11 A SIDE HAS THE BEST THRILL ESP IF YOU WIN. IT WOULD BE COOL IF WE PLAYED MORE FUTSAL IN THIS COUNTRY BUT I CANT SEE IT HAPPENING EVER, THE MASTERS TOURNAMENT ON TELE IS GOOD TO WATCH TO.

I play both and enjoy them in different ways. I enjoy five a side as i'm not a fan of challenging for the ball in the air and there's always a chance to get some goals and it's non stop so good from a  fitness point of view( so long as you don't have a million subs) On the other hand I love 11 a side because nothing beats 'proper football', there's a lot more opportunity to be creative plus I like to make the most of the extra space to make runs into and I like to put a few crosses in. Negatives for me are set pieces, though that's prob due to the previously mentioned dislike of heading!


For me 11 a side wins everytime Smile


What about u, which do u prefer playing at grassroots/astroturf level? Or do u have another preference; maybe futsal??
